I'm looking for a maritime SAR team to join, both paid and volunteer. I'm interested in boat crew positions, and am open to apprenticeships and short-term visits for experience and training sharing.
Willing to relocate internationally. It's my professional goal to do this as a career, and I have some training experience.

If I could be like a lighthouse keeper in a lighthouse, staying in a rescue boat station 24/7, I would. That is my passion.
Currently, I am an IMRF individual member, unpaid member of a PWC rescue training company, and webmaster of the Journal of Search and Rescue.
I've trained on different vessels up to 50m, from RHIBs to coast guard vessels to personal water rescuecraft, to pilot boats and tour boats.
My experience has been as boat crew on these vessels, and I am competent in basic SAR operations and exercises from MOB to towing.
I am skilled in making study guides and manuals for maritime safety and seamanship topics.
I would like to eventually teach.
Maritime resume and letters of rec. and references available on request. One letter is attached to this post.
I also hold a BA and MA, can do website work, can do technical/academic writing, as well as digital photography, and knowledge modeling. (academic cv available on request)
